GT2000 is a mix of fast and stability if you want a little flexibility especially running fast with some stability, then GT2000 IF you want total stability but kind of hard for speed, then kayano
I see where you’re coming from, and I agree-focusing on technique and strengthening the muscles around your ankles is key. That said, if someone has significantly collapsed arches causing their knees to fall inward, a bit of support can still be helpful. Stability tech today is much more flexible and less intrusive than it used to be.
