@@kerryedavis I looked into this, and most popular bodycams by axiom can be wireless triggerd. They have module that trigger camera when unholstered. That means this can be easy to implement as using same trigger module but taking signal from patrol car door.

most judges are elected and get lots of bribes... sorry "campaign contribution's", from police unions. Thus they are bought and paid for which is why you need to appeal to higher courts. There needs to be a ban on Police unions contributions to judicial or DA campaigns

I'm in Mississippi and Troopers Don't have body cams, only dash cams! I tried to do a FOIA request and was denied by this same Master Sergeant! Zero Transparency and Zero Accountability!
No one should have the power to deny access to such records ever. The ONLY time anything should be denied is only by muting things like SS numbers or names of minors who are not suspected of crimes like a passenger or victim. Everything else is public record.

I too am a lifelong Mississippi resident and while not all Troopers are this corrupt the vast majority have a sense of superiority that the average citizen would find insulting. They investigated a crash where my granddaughter was killed and did no field sobriety on either driver. Just plain lazy and inept. So nothing surprises me about this report.

Also there are hand signals on the traffic code.
The DRIVERS manual LITERALLY describes how to put one hand out the window if your blinkers fail to function, and use a hand signal.
It is in the driver test handbook issued in MS !

So no, there is NO LAW that says you have to keep both hands on the wheel.
