I have been thinking about the idea of managing the content of what Copilot captures during meetings by helping it k ow what is an action item, what is a decision, what is an issue, what is a risk, etc. To do this - especially for important items, you would call it out during the meeint: "Yeah, that is an action item for Samuel" or "Yeah, I agree that's a risk". I also have found that Copilot will hallucinate when feed it a transcript from a meeting that was recorded by someone else. It will add people to the meeting that were not there, get the time completeely wrong, and possibly not consume all the transcript if it is long. So my final point to consider is, should every meeting close with "Thank you - final action item for Samuel is to close the meeting for Copilot." Then when I ask for action items, if that one is not given by Copilot, I know it has not consumed the entire transcript. This is early stages of thinking on this but I place it under the heading of "Getting to 100% Trust Copilot".
