Hello! You can totally create a GPT using Copilot Studio and integrate it in MSFT Team. If you're using M365 Copilot (Now BizzChat) you can extend it using Copilot Studio. You can also create the GPT with Copilot Studio and connect it to team as it's one of the supported channel. You can ask GPT to do some analysis to be fair, but it really depends on what you want to analyze and at what level.

Sure, actually if you're using Copilot Studio which use chat GPT as the model behind you have a lot of supported channels. Other than then, considering we are making an API call, any platform that support the integration with power automate will works.

You probably use either the Web version of OneNote or the windows 10 version. Copilot is only available in the M365 version. As for the performance, after several testing I have to say it depends on the context, but I do agree that often I prefer the Chat GPT result. It's mainly due to the fact that because Copilot is part of the products there more instructions before your prompt (pre-prompt) that what you'll find in ChatGPT directly. The main advantage for an organization would be the fact that it's available directly in the user applications and that you have control over the deployment, security, analytics etc...

One difference I notice is when I go to upload my changes, the system asks me to specify a record owner but in your video it does not ask for this

nevermind...it appears to be working despite the system telling me I have 100% errors due to existing records. It will still update those existing records despite showing these errors.

Have you found why it wasn't working? Normally, if the GUID is there it should works

@@samuelboulangerAI yes thank you. I've found the trick is if you are important records with the GUID, you should go to that object and click Import from Excel. For some reason the same file does not work if you go to settings -> import data and choose the object from there.

@samuelboulangerAI sure, so I am on my second year of masters "digital Management" and the thesis is about the full integration of Microsoft 365 and dynamics for the automation of the sales process, was able to integrate crm with a sharepoint site now I am working on creating some flows to manage the documents there, a bit difficult at the start but your video made me understand the logic behind it, many thanks 😊 keep doing these type of videos you are helping a bunch

Thank you for the kind words :) The difference really is to be able to standardize your most used prompt without having to rewrite it every time. You can also use documentation to help train it to your liking.

There is, but it is still evolving really fast, and I couldn't find the exact size limit, unfortunately. As of today, when it reaches the limit, it seems to break it down in multiple chunks.

Actually there's been an update to Team since I made this video. So that's the normal behavior.

The easiest way is to use Copilot Studio instead of this method.

Yes, it's taking into account the context of your web browser so it wouldn't upload any document. However, to do its magics, it's still to process the document. It means that the content of the document would be sent to Microsoft servers to generate the answer.

Hey Simon, I should have mentioned that this is only available in the enterprise version unfortunately. A trick you can use is to open the document in PDF format in your Edge Browser and ask copilot : "You are a master Power Point creator. Using the current document, create the structure of a presentation. Detail each slide with : The header, all the text that should be included in the slide including the formatting" Then copy-paste the result in Power Point Copilot. Be careful, on one of my test I was able to simply copy-paste the details of 9 slide and it generates it, but on another test I had to generate each slide one by one using the details. You'll have to experiment there. You can also achieve something similar by copy-pasting the whole document in copilot and asking it to create the structure, etc.... Make sure to use the notebook feature by navigating to copilot.microsoft.com and choosing the notebook tab as it supports more tokens and therefore bigger documents. I know it's a bit more work, but it will still save you a lot of time :)

Thank you for your comment. You made me realized I deleted that part by mistake after editing the video post upload. I just adjusted the video and you can now see how I use a document to generate a presentation at 9:28. Please note it's unfortunately not available with the Copilot Pro license right now.

Glad it works. Can you please ellaborate on your use cases. Do you mean you created a GPT in the Chat GPT interface, and now you want to use the same instructions when prompting from team?

@boulangerAI Hey, thanks for the feedback. I created a Human Resources GPT in the interface that is trained on some pdf's for general HR questions, which I intend to use as my "model" parameter in the HTTP request. If I use my ChatGPT keyword, followed by asking it to use my GPT specifically in the Teams prompt I can get it to work, but I do not want the user to ask for the specific GPT in the prompt if that makes sense.
