[ Trail Run Vlog ] Merapoh Rainforest Trail 2024 | 美拉坡 热带雨林 越野跑 2024 全程路线

This is my first time participating in a trail run (Merapoh Rainforest Trail) and it is also the longest distance I have ever run in my life. (55km)
The starting gun fired at 5am in the morning. We started run in tarmac road pass through the Kampung area. Then follow by many different of trails like jungle trail, cave trail, river trail, farm trail.
My shoes were wet from the start until the end and the weather from foggy morning turn to hot sunny afternoon then turn to rainy evening.
Fortunately, I managed to complete the race without any injuries.
