这是我第三次参与；第一次是30公里，2024年是第二次的50公里。知道今年50公里的路线有攻上努望山，所以我马上报名参与。
JBU越野跑常会用混合路径；马路和山路各为一半。平路会较少，而上下坡会很多。这次的总攀升值大约为2,900米，虽然路径不容易，但所给的时间非常充足。这次我休息充足，发挥的很不错，但还是达不到前10名，虽然如此，还是非常感恩能在12小时内无伤完赛。
感谢主办单位Lumen Sports和志愿者的帮忙，打气和协助，让这活动增添更多的欢乐。

2024 Janda Baik Ultra 50km
This is my third time participating; the first time was 30km, and this year is my second time joining the 50km category. Knowing that this year's 50km route includes climbing up Mount Nuang, I signed up immediately.
JBU often uses mixed routes; half are roads and half are mountain trails. There will be fewer flat roads and many ups and downs. The total elevation gain is about 2,900 meters. Although the route is tough, the cut-off time given is very sufficient. I had a very good rest a day before and performed well, but somehow, I still couldn't reach the top 10. Nonetheless, I feel grateful to have finished the race without injury within 12 hours.
Thanks to the organizer Lumen Sports and volunteers for their help, encouragement, and assistance, which added more joy to this event.

I only blame myself for wasting about 15 minutes at Nuang peak. But it doesn't really matter to me, as long as I'm enjoying the event. I'll definitely try again next time.
