福隆港耐力赛12小时组别。
福隆港位于彭亨州，距离吉隆坡大约100公里，是续金马仑和云顶高原后的避暑山庄。这次的耐力赛是在没关闭的马路上进行。一圈大约为2.9公里，在12小时内必须完成最低17圈；里数一共为49公里。
这次的活动就像一个欢乐营，每位都在没压力和欢喜的情况下开跑；在清爽的天气下，跑跑走走，吃吃喝喝，不知觉的很快就完成17圈。
这耐力活动由Elpis Event Management举办；当局的膳食及种种安排是非常妥当完美，这里要非常感谢义工队员的付出，让我们能在欢乐无忧的情况下约过终点。
我这次只完成最低17圈数，而没超越50公里的超跑门槛。虽有遗憾，但因体能因素，我只能坦然接受；这小小的遗憾就留到日后再来填补吧。这么棒的‘福隆港耐力挑战活动’，明年岂能错过，我们每年再见。

Fraser Endurance 12-hour category.
Fraser's Hill is located in Pahang, about 100 kilometers from Kuala Lumpur. It is a summer resort comparable to Cameron Highlands and Genting Highlands. This challenge was conducted on an open road. One lap is approximately 2.9 kilometers, and a minimum of 17 laps must be completed within 12 hours; the total distance is around 49 kilometers.
This event is like a joyful camp-everyone runs without pressure and with joy; in the refreshing weather, participants run, walk, eat and drink, effortlessly completing 17 laps.
This endurance event is organized by Elpis Event Management, whose arrangements and meals were impeccable and perfect. A special thanks to the dedicated volunteers for their efforts, enabling us to cross the finish line happily and without worry.
This time, I completed only the minimum 17 laps and did not surpass the 50-kilometer ultra-running threshold. Although there is some regret, due to physical factors, I accept the results calmly. This small regret will be addressed in the future. How can you miss such a fantastic ‘Fraser Endurance Challenge’ next year? I will be back next year.
