If Goldberg were to allow Wardlow to retire him, it would push Wardlow from, to put it in wrestling terms, Batista's level to Brock Lesnar's level. I truly believe that would make him an instant main event star. Also, it might be enough to get him the push that he needs to get a title match against MJF... Talk about a heated world title program.
Unpopular opinion but Wardlow will never be at the top with his current gimmick; he needs a complete overhaul. He's gotten way way worse since the days he was with MJF
