  • We want bullies, thugs and dictators to be dealt with, but understand military action can sometimes be very messy. Throw enough heavy metal and high explosive around and a lot of the wrong people are going to be killed. That will do your cause no good whatsoever and could damage your long-term moral credibility as a nation.
Which is why some observers suggest that targeted killings are a morally superior way of dealing with threats because they limit collateral damage and are preferable to all-out war.
In this episode of Defence in Depth, Dominic Nicholls, The Telegraph’s associate editor, analyses the practice of targeted killings, assassinations, so-called ‘kill lists’ and their need for accuracy and discretion.

How about discuss this NATO expansion into Russia, and why is it that certain elements in US Government decision making see it beneficial to walk the talk of then US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright during the Clinton administration for NATO expansion. The late M Albright was advised by one of the greatest minds on US foreign relations The late George F Kennan, and she refused to take advice from this man who was instrumental in maintaining back channels with then USSR, to now The Russian Federation. Mr Kennan who lived to be 101, has a heck of a lot to do with why we have a functioning world thats free of radioactive dust plumes rotating around Earth for decades, and not looking like something from the Denzel Washington movie "The Book of Eli".

The UK mismanaged Brexit so that British people are trapped on Plague Island unable to go easily or trade with the EU. Companies have gone bust because it is too expensive to sell in Europe from outside the EU. Boris Johnson was the most corrupt Prime minister the UK ever had. Foreign EU workers have left Britain the crops are rotting in the fields and orchards. The fishermen cannot sell their fish in the EU and they also have gone bust. This summer British people trying to go to the EU sat for over 8 hours in traffic jams on the motorways. It is getting worse. In Northern Ireland, there might be another war because Ireland is EU and Northern Ireland is now UK out of the EU. Ireland is again a divided country. Morality . what a dilemma. It shouldn't be😮. When is morally right or immoral to execute a person? Was it morally right to dispose of Osama bin Laden? Is it morally right to let putler live?. My view on this is : it depends on justice versus plain assassination for nefarious reasons. Or war of aggression versus defense of one's Country; who's moral or immoral in this case ?or mafia style assassination vs. the execution of a mass murderer? The logic is plain to see. It shouldn't be no dilemma🙄😮😀.

This topic is similar to the discussion in The Bomber Mafia: A Dream, a Temptation, and the Longest Night of the Second World War by Malcom Gladwell.
A small group of idealistic strategists referred to as the Bomber Mafia asked: "What if precision bombing could, just by taking out critical choke points - industrial or transportation hubs - cripple the enemy and make war far less lethal?"
    I'm all for it...

I`m sure all this mysterious "dying" in Ruskillya is all just a BIG misunderstanding, they are all with Elvis, 2Pac & J. Hoffa on THE island. Surely, right?! RIGHT?

Russia is an expert on this and if they go that direction then the West and more so Ukraine will be the one hurting.
