Fast way to boost your tactical ratings for Ghost Recon Wildlands

Anyone know a fast way to get stealth kills up? I know there one where you set it at night time and you kill them while there asleep.. anyone else know any

I have tactical 60% and Stealth 48% which one is better is it the stealth do i have to get the tactical down

Does it affect your tactical up/down if you use the SPOTTING option?
