    When I was training or DB 2024, I was doing strength training on Mon, Wed, & Fri, and running on Tue, Thu, and Sat. Sat was my long runs in Stroud which is trail and hilly. As I couldn’t train in mountains, I did hard leg sessions in the gym to strengthen my ankles.
    I started training hard from Jan 24 and was consistent until Sep (8 solid months]
