I'm a huge Maiden fan and I love both drummers (I'm a semi pro drummer, semi cause I don't do only that for living). I started playing drums mostly because of Nicko. He is very inovative drummer and I think he can play everything, from jazz to heavy metal. On the other hand, Clive was heavy and rock drummer who played perfectly songs on the first three albums. Nicko never played like him these songs: wrathchild, the prisoner, iron maiden, the number of the beast, hallowed be thy name, murder in the rue morgue, drifter... He used to overplay some songs or play it in a slower tempo (it is not necessary drummers fault when tempo is slower), I only loved Nicko playing 22 acacia avenue, killers and in some cases children of the damned..
