O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be grateful.

Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.
Holy Quran 17:79

وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهِ نَافِلَةً لَّكَ عَسَىٰ أَن يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ

وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهِ نَافِلَةً لَّكَ عَسَىٰ أَن يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُودًا
And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station.
Holy Quran 5:64

وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ يَدُ اللَّهِ مَغْلُولَةٌ ۚ غُلَّتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَلُعِنُوا بِمَا قَالُوا ۘ بَلْ يَدَاهُ مَبْسُوطَتَانِ يُنفِقُ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُم مَّا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَكُفْرًا ۚ وَأَلْقَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ كُلَّمَا أَوْقَدُوا نَارًا لِّلْحَرْبِ أَطْفَأَهَا اللَّهُ ۚ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا ۚ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
And the Jews say, "The hand of Allah is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills. And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. And We have cast among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war [against you], Allah extinguished it. And they strive throughout the land [causing] corruption, and Allah does not like corrupters.

This is base of Shia wudu& prayer but I couldn’t find any verse about Sunni wudu&prayer!!??
I am a Muslim and have seen the video and though varies from how i do my salah, it did seem perfectly fine to me the way they prayed with a solid foundation that there is only one god swt and muhammad his messenger, our beloved prophet pbuh
Alhamdulillah. Its good to see that large numbers of shias are praying as the sunni prays. (with slight allowable difference which is actually fine). In general, as long as anybody pray to Allah as the one true God and Muhammad as His messenger, he is a muslim. Sunni or Shia does not matter then as the Supreme judge is Allah, not you or me or anyone. And Allah's message is clear that He does not forgive anyone who associate partners with Him.
It's good to see Sunni pray like Shia. How did the Sunni pray before advent of Abu Hanifa who founded the 1st Sunni school in 140 Hijra? Or Sunni did not exist at the time and people were just Muslim following the traditions of Muhammad (sawas) through his successors from his household?
I was referring to sunni not as the one created or branded as in the example you give above. Rather the sunni I mentioned is as muslims who follow the prophetic teachings till today.
And my point is it is good and hopeful that all muslims regardless of their "branding" continue their worship as was taught and done by the prophet. And I repeat again, our judges are not you or me or anyone but Allah.
There was no Sunni school or school of ahle sunnah wa al jam'ah until 140 Hijra. What school was being followed after the demise of the Holy Prophet (sawas)?
Allah (swt) commands us to judge by action only when He (swt) Himself judges by what is intended by his servant.
Saleem Ahmed i believe that islam advocates us to judge by intention too. example- a person who steals from his rich neighbor because of desperation was sparred from amputation during Omar RA rule.
This is disgusting, we are all Muslims why there is so much hate among us, we all pray Allah and read the holy Quran, why we never get united, I could see lots of evil comments, may Allah guide you all who are still acting childishly and so emotionally with having no study of the book.

Why do Shia and Sunni not stand by eachother if we were made equally but believe in slightly different things. We pray how Imam Ali (A.S) prayed. We do not worship him nor anybody else except Allah (S.W.T). If I could make us all be "good" with eachother wallahi I would.

Lovely !! That hand salutation at the end reminded me of when I used to go to church on Sundays as a Catholic. I don't get the split between Sunni and Shia but I other than for the sake of knowledge I care not to know. I'm Mexican from LA. Only thing I have ever read is the Quran and here and there a few verses from hadith's when mentioned by what I deem may be the majority of Muslims ( Sunni ) today. Other than that, since I wasnt born a Muslim I refuse to get involved in conversations about hadith's as well as splits among those who follow Hussein and those who follow the four schools of thought when it comes to debating atheists and Christians. I have a better shot at speaking to people who are open minded ( like me ) who are willing to seek and learn information for the sake of knowledge.

I don't know whether they are right or wrong but as they worship the same God (Allah).so I have a soft heart for them.
I am a Muslim Sunni , and who I'm I to judge , I totally respect how the Shia pray it has more duaa than Sunni , I like it very much so, and another thing in my opinion there should NEVER be Sunni or Shia or any other sect this is al made by people after the departure of the prophet Mohammed , we should all follow the teachings of the Quran it's very unfortunate how the Hadthis is becoming a sunnah and the Quran another Islam put on the shelf or just for us to read especially in the fajr time always recommended to just recite ? Been going to Friday prayer for past ten years yes TEN years and I never Seen an immam do the Friday lecture khutbah with Quran in his hand ? And I been around the world searching for that one mosque that has an immam that will have a Quran during khutbah I can't say they do , always khutbah about hadiths maybe mentions one or two verses ? That's all , we need to unite all Muslims so long as we believe in the Quran despite our differences.

This is base of Shia wudu& prayer but I couldn’t find any verse about Sunni wudu&prayer!!??

i want to ask chia a question, please, in the day of judjment, if allah ask you, what is your religion, what will answer to allah, chia or muslim?
There is some difference but all is same !! But don't forget to some progeny of Yazid are in our Sunni faith who really hate Shia because of their more loyal behaviour to progeny of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). But there some extreme Shia followers goes beyond limit to discuss disputes in First Caliph of Islam!! But they very marginal & they are as evil as Progeny of Yazid!!

Imam ali was the only person in history of tafseer from the greatest of scholars who this verses was revealed about. Whoever is a wali of allah has to be able to give zakat in prayer by the command of allah. It also indicates who you should not take as your authority.
perfectly acceptable way to perform sholat with variations therefore let us embrace shia as our long forgotten brothers we used to hate or falsely hated.

If you think im doing taqqiya like you always think so, i can give references. And Muttah is rarely used, its basically an emergency door. Very very very rarely used...

An infallible is someone who is very pure and no impurity and evil can come near them. Not only the 12 Imams but the Prophet Muhammad(SAW) and Bibi Syeda Fatima Zahra (AS) were also infallibles and together make the 14 infallibles of Islam. They have all the Divine Knowlege, Knowlege of everything as well as they can see the unseen, *NOT* because they are equal or greater than Allah(SWT) but because it is Allah(SWT) who has chosen them and given them the Knowlege and allowed them to see the unseen. No, we do pray five times a day. We just combine the Dhuhr prayer with Asr prayer and Maghrib prayer with Isha prayer. So it's like Fajr, Dhuhr-Asr and Maghrib-Isha. We do pray Fajr two rakats, Dhuhr four rakats, Asr four rakats, Maghrib three rakats and Isha four rakats. Just like other Muslims.
