  • It’s a long read but could improve or save your life!Within my research a proposed short cut to Healthy Eating revision #3: 1) For an animal protein replacement technique; eat 1 or 2 raw nuts from an assortment of 5 different raw nuts, (never eat fresh raw fruits on top of the raw nuts to avoid fermentation), raw nuts are the best choice over cooked in oil nuts, dry roasted is ok, 2) drink lemon/lime-hot water first thing in the morning adding ginger root and turmeric is a great option eat the turmeric and a small amount of the ginger root, 3) add a few drops of chlorophyll to a 16 ounce of spring water daily (drink 1 gallon spring water daily or less if your fruits are a water source), 4) quickly drink 12-ounces spring water with 2-teaspoon of psyllium husk 1 hour after last meal to bind with undigested fiber for elimination, 5) eat an assortment of fruits through out the day never eat fruits on top of the raw nuts to avoid fermentation, fermentation can make you intoxicated, fruits are a way to detox the body of acids, fruits can regenerate tissue.
    6) The hot water-lemon/lime, chlorophyll and psyllium husk together will give you great digestion and more frequent eliminations, no constipation from eating raw nuts, nuts cooked in oils may cause constipation as does foods cooked in oil’s.
    7) Throw in the consumption of cruciferous vegetables daily to remove pollution from the body. Cabbage brussels sprouts broccoli cooked/steamed kale etc preferably blended for easier digestion. Steaming makes cruciferous vegetables easier to digest, chew well, vegetables aren’t easy to digest like fruits.
    8) Chlorophyll drops in spring water will help older people smell better because it removes fungus from the body. Chlorophyll is highly recommended by competent health professionals. I use 16 ounces spring water with chlorophyll drops daily as a replacement for vegetables.
    10) The assorted raw nuts will provide needed minerals and protein, the associated fruits will provide needed vitamins, you will not need man made chemical supplements for minerals and vitamins (Always forever avoid starch and starchy vegetables to avoid a slime that ferments causing brain fog and blockage in your gut and arteries) starch and animal protein together is gluten/glued together a health issue keeping billionaires wealthy also addictive refined sugar reduces blood flow another money maker. Refined sugar with starches is the food of junkies, junkies are the billionaires slaves eating junk foods.
    Fruits take up to 60 minutes to digest, nuts take 2-3 hour to digest. Dried fruits and dates take 24 hours to 5 days to ferment, okay to eat with nuts.
    11) (Raw; Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts, Pistachio, Pecans & Pumpkin Seeds) starting digestion in your mouth with (Dates, Figs, Organic Raisins, Organic Prunes) can be a replacement for the animal protein feeling. The dates, figs, raisins and prunes will digest before they would ferment and will assist in the digestion of the nuts giving great elimination. Remember raw fresh fruits berries and melons shall be digested first, melons shall be eaten on an empty stomach by themselves. You will become more peaceful happy inside with increased consciousness the ability to discern, this only happens with the absence of grains starches and beans refined sugar, you will lose some weight, this is a common experience of fruitarian. I recommend organic Turkey ounce a month to keep up your b12 storage. 2 years without b12 will cause neurological problems, make you crazy and delirious, I believe a biblical Adam’s punishment was/is to be a warrior hunter to replenish cells in the body. The sugar from fruits is a needed fuel for energy to the muscles and organs, sustainable won’t take you up like refined sugar and let you down feeling drained.
