    That looks good how long in oven and temp please I must try this but I will ad sweet patato around the meat and make a gravy from the meat juice and have with steamed green sovey cabbage from Burt in the UK

      Burt Habard thank you for watching ! Preheat oven 170 degree, roast the lamb for 1.5hours, then remove the upper tin foil and roast for another 30 mins. Normally I cook the veggie separately just because I want to get more meat juice to mix with gravy 😳

      hi, 我係用gravy粉, 按返包裝的指示加熱水份量, 再將煮肉餘下的肉汁加埋入去gravy入去攪拌~
