Awesome! Love the look of the grey MDF against all the tools, makes for quite a modern looking tool cabinet. Very cool way to store and display your gear and also to show off your craftsmanship! Great use of magnets too. Such a simple and clean solution :)
Hi. Thank you for sharing your video. I am going to follow your tips and make one for my mini lathe. I've never worked on wood professionally like you, but I think I can make one like yours but I'm sure it won't be as good as yours. Your video was easier for me to understand. Well done.
I'm sure you will once you make a tool wall or cabinet! One just needs to have a home for every single tool like Jay Bates say. It seems to be the hardest part for me. Let's see how it goes from now on!
Great cabinet. I especially like the contrast between the birch and the gray MDF. Nice idea to use the gray MDF as screw hole plugs, too. You might think about adding some spacers to the top and bottom corners of the doors, where they touch the cabinet when closed. This way the doors will be lined up when closed, and the edges of the doors won't damage the cabinet when you close them.
Good Job. Your work and ideas are impressive. There is a market for your product for anyone who uses tools may it be in construction or in the kitchen. Wish they had job boxes and tool truck boxes with your same concepts.
Great handy cupboard you've now got, good reason to keep hold of the scraps to use for these sort of projects , laughed when you were lifting the cupboard to fix to the wall and you let out a little groan. Have a great day.
Thumbs up! You did a great job customizing your tool cabinet. There is one thing that drives my mind crazy. The piano hinge. If you rip about 1/8” off the long side, you will recess the hinge and you won’t have the angles gap on top and bottom when you close the door. Other than that, great job! You made it your own!
Nice quick, little brake for bending aluminum. I like the cabinet, I like that it's tall, and has double doors. but it seems a bit shallow. That limits the versatility to fit just certain tools. I want to pack a square foot of wall space with a lot of tools. I do like the concept. It's just a bit too svelt.
Young lady, you are great. I got some excellent tips for my church workshop. Glad I found you. You definitely prove that the younger generation has competent people. Thanks for the great video and a sigh of relief.😁
I built a similar cabinet from scrap wood many years ago for my workshop that was very functional, but no where as nice as yours turned out. A lot of nice ideas like the magnets. What I have never seen before is grey MDF. At any rate I will search for it where I live as it looks very interesting to work with.
Nice cabinet. Make sure any blade tools like chisels or knives don't touch any magnets. You will align the dipoles and sharpening is going to be a hassle as you'll never be able to clear off all the burr filaments so your edge gets ruined. You'll know they are magnetised when all the burr sticks to the outside corners on the edge. You can buy a demagnetiser on Amazon. Mebbe suggest dump the MDF, it makes a lot of dust, is toxic. It also pulls moisture out of the air and will bow under load. Ply is better. Nice clean work.
Great video, I like the hand made door pulls. and the little drawer at the bottom nice touches. I hate MDF (dust and strength to weight) so I would use 1/4 plywood.
Great design, beautiful in it's simplicity! The grey and black accents look clean and smart, as do your tools! Thanks for posting this mate. Much love from Australia!
Nicely done. Only observation or minor complaint is the hinges do not allow the doors to sit flush since they are on the inside. An easy fix would have been to relieve the hinge mounting areas, but this is a very minor issue. Another "fix" would be rubber bumper taps at the door corners or magnetic cabinet latches. In any even, it came out great and looks good as well.
I see you are a fan of the Japanese pull saws. Did you know that if you use one of those saws with both your hands you are coordinating the mussels on both sids of your body and there fore you are bringing your central nervous system back in line with itself. Very clever design.
Oh that's a cool idea! Although what I really need is a new one a little bit bigger as this one always bugs me because it only goes like 5 cm deep into drilling the materials.
Really nice design and build. Great craftpersonship and great fresh ideas. This is probably the design that will influence the most my upcoming tool cabinet project. Thanks Norm from Montreal, Canada.
Hi, I don't usually comment on videos but I have to say that these are great! Easy to understand and all the steps laid out. Thank you for the inspiration. You make me wish I lived in Porto not only because it's a beautiful city but so I could get someone who is as good as you to build what I need :) Great work.
I think you should create a shapes of tools behind them, like a shadows, or perimeter lines, so you can quickly realise where you should return the tools(imagine you taken all the tools out for cleaning, and then you see shapes of tools on it's own place). Well, like placeholders.
I love all your projects, but I also love your city shots. It really take me to a creative place, seeing a lovely environment so tied to you and your designs. It’s refreshing and wonderful. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into designing and making things, and presenting them just as beautifully. ❤️
This says what I was thinking. I will add that I love the sound editing and the pace of instructions. Extremely well done video, not just a great tool storage place.
For someone so young, you know a lot and have skills. Congratulations on a very good build- from an American woodworker, age 71.
Thanks for the recommendation. Pretty cool cabinet! That grey MDF looks really nice!
Great you like it! :)

I am Brazilian and this is the best wooden cabinet project I have ever seen. Congratulations on the work!
Awesome! Love the look of the grey MDF against all the tools, makes for quite a modern looking tool cabinet. Very cool way to store and display your gear and also to show off your craftsmanship! Great use of magnets too. Such a simple and clean solution :)
That dark shade MDF is very attractive and contrast with the rest of the cabinet. Brilliant design as usual. Thanks
I have to create a tool cabinet for my van so this is full of ideas. And I have quite a few magnets.
I really like the use of the MDF to plug the screw holes. The contrast on the plywood ties the whole cabinet together! Great job.
The design of the cabinet itself is fantastic!
The production quality of your video is top notch.

Wow. That's a really nice tool cabinet Chris. I would love to be that organized.

Just noticed, small or huge drawer never missed your designs! *it's a compliment!*
Love that you used gray plugs to fill screw holes. Great cabinet. Your right about the black pulls.
Great tool cabinet! Grey MDF and the black handles are a WIN!
I’ve never seen the gray mdf before. It provides a nice contrast. Good project!
Love the grey plugs! Quick and easy project upcycling some scraps

Very cool & clean work!!🤩
Fantastic cabinet. First time I have ever seen that grey mdf or whatever it is, have to get myself some.
Good Job. Your work and ideas are impressive. There is a market for your product for anyone who uses tools may it be in construction or in
the kitchen. Wish they had job boxes and tool truck boxes with your same concepts.
Really like your method of covering up screwholes w/ the grey mdf. Gives it a very clean look.
These builds are very wonderful, and your voice is nice to listen to.
Love people who get there hands dirty, you earned my respect
I appreciate the cinematography, not to mention the nice cabinet design. Great stuff!

Very nice indeed Cris! Love the handles! :)
oh yes i too love its design
Very nice Cristiana, Very simple but very utilitarian. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for this! I need to build tool storage for our place. I really enjoy watching your builds.
I like this project. So many people over think and over build these cabinets!
That grey MDF was clutch and gave it a nice pop.
Beauty cabinet, however I like very much the way you work. Congratulations Cristiana!
Nice introduction of Porto City. Great combination colour for new cabinet tools. Awesome. Keep it up.
I needed idea for doors, glad you came up in my search. Now have extra space for more tools. Quick & Easy too. Saved $100. Thanks
You do such beautiful work. Balanced, function and style.
I haven’t come across your work for quite awhile. Good project, nice to see you’re still a contributor.
A GREAT project with really clean lines. Thanks for sharing.
This is probably the cleanest wood working video I've ever seen on RUclips!
Just amazing.

Love it, as usual. ALL of you designs typically float my boat, cause I think we have the same design taste. Very nice!!!
Fabulous, I love the clean, non complicated design.
Very nice build, agree with others about the colour combination and I like the mag mounts
These videos are just so satisfying to watch.
very nice job, I always wanting a tool cabinet for my wood work.
Great video, I like the hand made door pulls. and the little drawer at the bottom nice touches. I hate MDF (dust and strength to weight) so I would use 1/4 plywood.
I love the look of those grey plugs, and the clever use of tape+magnets.
Great design, beautiful in it's simplicity! The grey and black accents look clean and smart, as do your tools! Thanks for posting this mate. Much love from Australia!
Beautiful work, Cristiana. I really like the combination of wood and gray MDF.
Very professional work and beautiful !

Love your push stick tool for the table saw!

Great cabinet, Porto looks like a beautiful city, must visit one day...
on your drill press the pull handle you might consider using a golf ball for the knob end. pocket 83 does a video on this if your interested
Oh that's a cool idea! Although what I really need is a new one a little bit bigger as this one always bugs me because it only goes like 5 cm deep into drilling the materials.
ah ok well for the next one then, a floor drill press maybe ?
Man your "scrap" wood collection is amazing. I wish I had all those nice pieces of scrap laying around.
...I´ve seen other tool cabinets but this one is perfecto fot tiny spaces and the design is cool too...the colors...everything... well done!
You know you’re a rockstar when you make the tool you need !
Nice project. Nice aluminum bending jig too!
really intelligent use of the available space. think i might have to give that one a go. thanks so much
Very nice. I really like the colour contrast.
I became a fan of your videos. Just struggling with all those ads but still, you're amazing.:D
That looks super cool! There is something very satisfying about having tools organized visually.
Yes, indeed! Thanks Alex :) I got a spot for your little blade, did you see it? Near the rules/marking tools
Get Hands Dirty Yeah I saw it! I was super happy to see it got a new home beside the other tools!
Very nice result. Thanks for explaining your decisions.
wooow!! excelent work! ya hice uno pero la proxima vez lo hare inspirado en tu diseño! saludos desde Argentina!
Beautiful work as always.
Simple looking but gorgeous. Great job.
Love the color combination! At the end of the day, details are those things that make count the final result!
Really nice design and build. Great craftpersonship and great fresh ideas. This is probably the design that will influence the most my upcoming tool cabinet project.
Thanks
Norm from Montreal, Canada.
Love the grey with the ply. So many cool tips in this vid. Well done.
Your technique is so smooth and clean. I love it.
You may want to consider inlaying the piano hinges so the doors fit flush when closed. All in all real nice job.
This looks really slick! I love the look of the valchromat
Excellent, that’s a beautiful and functional piece.
The blaster push stick! Awesome
Never thought I'd say this, but i have cabinet envy, mines an old kitchen wall unit...think it's time to upgrade, thankyou for making and posting this

Great project.. very nice and clean! Really makes me think about what storage I need to create like this in my mess.. I mean, shop.

i really like that grey/tan combo! Especially the MDF plugs! clever :)

Such a clean storage space. Nicely done!
Love the color scheme. Also awesome you built it so quickly. I’ve been procrastinating on one.
Nice Job! I like the way you brought it together. Again, nicely done.
I know it's made from leftovers, but the ply and Valchromat actually go really well. Looks great. 👍
It did look nice in the end, thanks!
I am now motivated to make a cabinet with this basic design!!
That's a very handsome cabinet. Great work!
I love all your projects, but I also love your city shots. It really take me to a creative place, seeing a lovely environment so tied to you and your designs. It’s refreshing and wonderful.
