We're spotlighting the Apple Body Shape in the last of our series on Dressing Your Body Shape. The Apple is a shape that some of us can morph into. It's defined by a slanted shoulder line and rounded mid-section that starts right under the bust line.
We've asked Marlene, a true Apple, and Nellie, an Inverted Triangle who finds her mid-section her challenging area to dress, to illustrate some stying tips and proportions to help balance the shape.

Marlene, you are me. At least body wise. I love how you dress and can not figure out why, with all these RUclips channels on how to look classy, elegant, etc just don’t get it! How nice you own Shephards… perfection. And yeah for the shoulder pads!!!‼️

These "Apple" shape videos have really made me feel so much better. I have the same body shape as Marlene. My shoulders have gone down and it is very difficult to keep my bra straps up. Underwire bras are very uncomfortable because of the stomach under the bust line. So thank you for the tips! Can you suggest a bra style to keep up the straps?
