Can I just point out that I love how downright polite and mellow you are in these videos? You avoid outright knocking anyone for eating fast food or any other method than the one you're doing, and are very open about any possible shortcomings with your own methods.
@@MoreSwoleTheyKnow My guess is that you are using too much mayo. Look at the close up shot at 02:00, it's just a thin layer. Another thing could be that your burners are too hot causing oil pops and bursts. Medium to medium high heat will still give plenty of color.

Thanks for this. I tried it today. The sauce is very good. I used lemon pepper and steak seasonings for the chicken, but I did also use the mayo and it definitely made a difference. I used a slice of pepper jack cheese. Everything came out great - very delicious.

Made it for my mom and me. Turned out great but i couldnt mimic the sauce so i used plain mayonaise. Tasted great and would recommend. First recipe of your ive tried but ill try some of your others next chance i get.

Legit, so glad I subscribed last night. For years in my bodybuilding experience, I have only used chicken in curries and in chicken parmesan out of fear that it will taste dry and chewy... Dude... This mayo chicken stuff is revolutionary. I doubt I'll be able to stop eating it!
I use middle eastern style yogurt instead of mayo and marinate it in a bag forn24 hours...but use the oven to cook the chicken and I roast garlic add to the sauce.

I love the format and also the types of meals you make because they are simple and low prep time which is perfect for my lifestyle. That said this was the first reciepe of yours I have tried thus far and my oh my even with my extremely sub par cooking skills and dull ass knife I managed to fumble my way through this recipe and man oh man was it fantastic! Now I did make a very variations as I am not an onion fan and also didn't have any bacon on hand as I've pretty much completely switched over to turkey bacon at this point but even still it was fantastic, can't wait to try more of your recipes and to learn more and develop my skills with your help! Definitely perfectly toasted buns! I once charred my sandwich bread a bit too much and the smoky flavor actually enhanced the sandwich so much!
Those golden brown buns look more “appealing” on camera but in practice the charred bread is so much better
