This video is showing you how to cook bopis, this recipe is a filipino dish of pork or beef lungs and heart, but what i put is just only pork heart and tounge, because, there's no available pork lungs in any store here.
The procedures is just sautè everything, start with the garlic, onion and tomatoes, but first i cleaned and boiled the tounge first..
