They did. She had attachment photos of the pressures. They just interpreted them incorrectly. They basically told her the TXV and coil were restricted.

You need to press the inrush button twice to read anything over 100a. If you press inrush once it'll only ready anything below 100

Great video! I just bought the same meter. Have you used the power factor function? From what I’ve been told I’m under the impression it’s only useful if you know the power factor of the motor new. And as it ages you can see the degradation. Any thoughts on this? Thanks much!

As for hard start kits that's typically for old r 22 units if anything she just needs like you said and maybe a soft start kit to help preserve the compressor and reduce the compressor Inrush like the micro air soft start kit
that makes a good one but it has blue tooth capability. And even can help a tech diagnose an electrical issue
And Charles I hope you signed her up for a service contract maintenance plan.
And Charles or was clowns like that years ago that made me decide to become a diy guy and learn as much as I could concerning cars because of this kind of stuff that's why when it comes to my car and anything I control who touches my things and who does what.
