    I am an AC man. We have pumps for simple restrictions and CO cartridges to blow out the gunk that regular pumps cannot handle.
    He got lucky it was not hard gunk or hard mineral in the condensation line 😅

    I spoke to the manufacturer of the condensate pump they said never to use beach since it will eat away the seals and rubber gaskets in the condensate pump. They recommend white vinegar as a safe cleaner to kill the mold and algae in the condensate lines and pump.

      Yes that’s a good option however bleach is not if you have a restricted drain then you risk it coming back into the evap coil drain pan and cause damage with the corrosion..

    You can increase the seal by placing a rag around the open top to help cover the opening. Get it wet and ity will seal even better. It will only work faster if you can keep pressure on it. Probably not a method I would use as I have other means to deal with such an issue if needed. But, if its all you have and it works it's good to know. I'm sure it will help someone.

      I’m not an HVAC pro but maybe it’s a problem with the temperature gauge? Or could be the area being cooled is too large for the unit to handle. Definitely call a pro

      Might be low on refrigerant, yes please call a pro and see what they can do for you.

      Could also be that your home is poorly insulated...also check your ducts for leaks / connections(I had 2 8" lines that were completely unhooked)

    HELP😮😮😮😮 IM IN A MOBILE HOME HOW DO I FIND MY DRAIN LINE

    • @patricioblanco941
      @patricioblanco941 Месяц назад +1

      In a mobile home if it’s in a closet and doesn’t have white pvc pipe then it might have a flex plastic hose. Your best bet is to find out where it drains/leads to outside your home and use a shop vac to suck all that gunk out.

      shop vac is ideal. bike pump is just a solid backup option if you don't have one

      In the hallway, the heater unit.
      take panel off, and look for the A shape evaporator with a plastuc pan under it, and look for the hose looking line connected to that pan that runs down to the floor and at bottom of the mobilehime... Usually, it has clamps. Turn off the AC while working on it
