The Irish Rovers have been has always been a treat, takes me back to my Grandpa's heritage. Bobby Darin has been my favourite singer enterainer since I was a young child. Thank you sharing this.

@@ST40TV The person in charge of the Archives is extremely protective of them, particularly now that copyright laws and union contracts are so strict. You can't even get permission to come in and watch archived shows on-site, unless you're a legitimate researcher, and even then, they'd probably turn down your request.
Sadly, their archive of shows will likely never see the light of day. It seems such a waste to let these tapes collect dust while the fan base clamoring for copies is dying out. George had mentioned going through their old shows to possibly release a "best of" compilation, at one point, but that was 10-15 years ago and nothing's materialized, so...🤷
Do you have anymore of their on location shows and hour cbc specials left to post? Thank you again for all that you've shared with us. These are so precious to enjoy again. Love these trips down memory lane with the rovers.

No. CBC Archives in Toronto have the entire Rovers Collection but I believe you would have to pay to get any copies.
