Adding a mercury tilt switch (or similar) could be helpful if the mower became inverted. A latching relay powered by the mercury switch would stop the engine and insure no exposed blades rotating while the mower is inverted. We have some steep hillsides in this part of Virginia. Many are difficult to walk on nevertheless try to mow.
Hi, thats actually a good idea! I didnt use mercury or iron tilt switch yet, but will try. I wonder how it behaves in environment with a lot of vibrations. Thanks!
good point. vibrations could slosh the mercury around. Maybe 2 tilt switches in series on each side. Or MEMS sensor trips when Z is negative G. @@gregorkobetic
bonjour l'alternateur prend le relai après mis en route de la tondeuse pour alimenter et fair tourner les moteur ou juste pour recharger les batteries Merci bonne soiree
Hi! I have developed my own 10channel board that controls start engine, stop engine, lights, horn, etc... You could use any relay that have support for RC input, like that one: www.ebay.com/itm/296256101119?_skw=rc+relay+switch&itmmeta=01J8MJH5VG9CGYA87DTASEK800&hash=item44fa3d5aff:g:G60AAOSwMZ1l3umk&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA8HoV3kP08IDx%2BKZ9MfhVJKlvasDJixSUiN14ba5ztXG6AF95Xl%2BaVUYAUoI7FsYlXGEl3N%2FS9qBPkQ6VSPoHWTbXzlKylg%2FV%2Bki5%2B4XhD6jXaY5szaKS7o069JTAsMl7grbHWjZU1AHs9rM7W5bOW4lVPtdLyWt0UXwfJ3sVmly7AE48AJMjpD5g00KfGTBcSn12ZpBYZKMnhSRaRrHiX92KWQt6HroNt9jD8q%2FxoNMBVYFNCFZ2vgvgsg6eAZTA2UJmxES9Ijq%2FakAIS5zV0poilLnQTsaIDJQfeXjg93VoTsLFYcC%2FlNlynG66KRpK0A%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABFBM6t3EksVk
Thanks Gregor any thoughts on diodes for regenative motors - to allow current to flow back to battery when motor is slowing or when moved by pusing etc.
If you use h-bridge this is by design. I build hbridge with bts7960 and when slowing down voltage goes up. You can measure it with voltmeter directly on battery terminal. I am not expert in regenerative field, but thats what I saw.
Great videos. Great explanations.
Thanks
Great video, curious to know the High Current SPST relay are these start type relay or continuous type relay.
Continous type. Watch this ruclips.net/video/qGdjAnH3JbI/видео.html

Great project, what is the dc-dc 30 to 12 actually do?
Hi, it lowers the battery voltage from 24V to 12V, which I need to power the high current relay and signal lights.
Very nice
Thanks

Hi, when gasoline engine starts, alternator take all the load and also charging batteries at the same time.
hi;
which module do you use to start the gasoline engine by Remote control?

I have some questions..
Could we chat ?
Thanks in advance
