Thank you for this video! I just find your channel. I struggle with having a bad relationship with food. It's good to have people like you that talk about binge eating and adhd together.
    Love from sweden!

Thank you! I appreciate that. I get it. It is something I am working through often.

I ate a huge dinner(like 800g of noodles/ meat/vegies) and then ate a whole packet of cheetos and chocolate and lollies last night. I wasn't even consciously hungry but i needed food. I was distressed from work.

Stress is a big trigger for overeating

Im just so frustrated, cause, gained 45 lbs since the pandemic! When we were stuck at home for so long. I was under stress, my Autistic adhd Son was home for 2 yrs. I guess i eat under stress and enjoy food. That it turned into this never ending cycle. I go on low carb no sugar plan. Stay on 2 weeks. And then a reason to go eat with family or breakfast. Ill eat carby foods that taste comforting. Then im off and running again. Fast food, ice cream. Im having a hard time with excutive functioning, planning, cooking etc Thank you so much for these tips. At least i dont feel alone. I just want to lose this weight. Im also on Adderall. When it wears off i could EAT! 🙏

10:39 personally, chewing helps me feel fuller. Smoothies, soups etc doesn't fill me as much.

11:30 wanting more for me, is a feeling of ‘continuous hunger’ but I don’t think it is that- it’s about not getting that sugar spike and dopamine hit. It’s tricky to work out body cues but I think this is more what you mean? Well it is for me. x

4:30 if I don't keep track of what I eat, I binge or over-eat and gain unhealthy weight. If I stp 'judging foods' I get out of control.
