Ok, So to get the starburst drum, I put down a voyage of that faction, turn in 1 pieces of treasure and i will be able to get the drum? I don't have to complete the whole voyage, of say 6 maps with several dig spots to get the drum?
Pretty sure you could just buy a commodity crate, sail to the next outpost, and then just sell it. No need for emissaries, voyages or anything like that.

Just raise an emmisary scuttle ship and sell your flag to the skele in the cage
Literally tried to get the Ancient Coin sails didn’t work.
How long ago did you spend the coin? Sometimes it just takes a little while for items like this to show up
