Thanks so much, saved me having to find and read the owners manual. I hit 30% at 8000 miles and changed the oil for the first time, could not find 0 w 20 so used 5 w 20 synthetic--I love my Fit and just got 44 MPG on an all 60 mph trip. Cheers
