* 1/2 kg chicken (boneless)
* salt (to taste)
* 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon white cumin/dry coriander powder
* 2 lemon's juice
* 1 cup tomatoes
* 1 cup red onion
* 1 cup capsicum (half green, half red)
