Great video! Is the separate USB and HDMI connection required for the touch function to work with iMac or can it work if connected just with USB-C for both touch and video input?

What do you do when the iMac keeps loosing connections to the IFP's display? HDMI cable is fine, Dell usb-C adapter to HDMI seems to be working and ports seem fine as well. Any suggestions help.

If you're hardwiring your iMac you should either be using HDMI/USB cable combo OR USB-C not both. We also recommend using the cable that came with the IFP. If you continue to have problems we recommend reaching out to customer support www.viewsonic.com/customer-service-form.

As long as you plug in a USB Cable into the touch port yes, you'll have touch. If you want gestures you'll need to download the Drivers off the product page for your IFP.
