Loved this workout coach! It starts out as easy 2 punch combos but pretty soon we're in deep challenging waters. It's a built-in warm-up inside the workout itself. And the last combo is particularly sweet, I couldn't nail the timing on the last hook so I'll dial down the power on it next time. Thanks for spending the time and giving us quality workouts.

Hi Jt I've seen you show us a chopping right hand a few weeks ago, and it was an awesome video. Could you do a breakdown of the GGG left hook, his elbows are always high which is not what is used traditionally.
Bro in amongst alot of your workouts this is probably the best workout I've done. I like the short rests and the pressure to push through fatigue. Great for lung capacity. Big ups from New Zealand 🇳🇿
I wanted to share feedback coming from an intermediate skill level. The set up of the routine is excellent. Doing the combo and repeating it a 2nd time helped to get my nervous system used to shooting off a long combo that I felt was difficult, like the 2nd combo. Something about switching from the 5 to a pull 2 to 1-1 my body has not done enough of to be able to nail it. What I would call your split repeat build up to full on repeat really works.

This style truly allows you to incorporate all kinds of tactics to work on for all levels. And I meant 7 before the pull and not 5. I use a different number system and need to translate your numbers to mine. Your 7 is my 5. Lol ✌️
These are great. Thank you for posting. I do kickboxing but hurt my calf and couldn't kick, so I was doing these. Now that I am healed and can kick I still do them. I throw a kick at the end of the combination. On the last combination I threw a left leg kick instead of rolling and stepped back and threw the 2 as a counter. Point being...kick boxers can use these workouts as well.
Very tough video. I'm going to have to give it another shot, I couldn't do some of the combos. Having to pause with the gloves, rewind and study the posture over and over again was hard! But thanks a million for the video coach, as usual, so much appreciated!

In my opinion 4 days strength training a week is good. You could do an upper/lower split. It really depends on your goals.
