From an old subscriber, since you got your first helmet, It never goes wrong with a medieval epic battle and your exciting commentary .. Thanks for the vid Apollo!
I died a little bit inside every time they pushed through thr gates and gave away so many men to the boiling oil, i didn't expect they would win this at that pace
Man the defenders blew it at the end. Idk if they miss-clicked but they moved so many men out from their position allowing the enemy infantry up..

The design of the units in this MOD is so great that I always wait for the next siege you upload on this channel, to observe the characteristics of all the factions. I agree with you, the Byzantine panoply is spectacular, with that combination of Roman-medieval with oriental touches, it has the best of the European and Middle Eastern style; We have to accept that unlike the boring and repetitive chain mail of the 12th or 13th century in Western Europe, if we compare it to the Varangian guard, the Greek infantry and the Byzantine cataphracts, the difference is absolute. XD
Epic battle! Man I love sieges! The Medieval period is just so cool and cinematic, it's great to get more content recreating it!!! Question: How do we send you replays to make videos for?
Wow, this was the most exciting Battle I‘ve ever seen. You always thought this side will win, only to think, that the other side would win some seconds later.
Regarding trebuchet line of sight. That's the main problem I've got with TW these days. All range units are too strong, especially when firing above obstacles. They are capable to hit like modern artilerry.
Exactly.. was quite pain in attila where heavy onager with exploding shot is basically ancient howitzer/mortar :D modders of 1212 did great job in nerfing them tho - they all have less damage and basic catapults get outranged by archers. Trebuchets seems pretty long ranged and accurate, however being slower than any other artillery they feel very awkward using thme in field battles.
The thing about open-field battles is that they are very hard to follow and tend not to be as exciting as sieges with their oil, breachs and massive walls
Both sides threw away valuable units in all 3 phases of the battle through poor decision making. Defenders were too docile and attackers never pressed any advantages they gained or properly utilized the wall and street layout for flanking.
I find funny that with misile weapons it was the easy i can train them the better one of the reason archers prevailed to slingers one of the reason crossbows prevailed to archers one of the reasons handguns prevailed to crossbows
Jesus: You have heard it said "Love your neighbor and hate your enemy", but I tell you, love your enemies. Medieval Christians: HEY, LET'S KILL EACH OTHER! Jesus: 🤦♂For the love of Me....
I am going to try and explain how to pronounce brabant so the first a is pronounced like the a in aaaaah as in like screaming. And het second a is pronounced like a in awwww
"sit back, relax, and let's jump in to this epic siege battle."
---- Pixelated Apollo, Art of War.

Dang it. This is why I shouldn’t read comments before a video
@@GodzillathekingKongbaneI know I did the same😭
Apollo has given me many hours of relaxing entertainment. I love his work.

I can’t help but giggle when you’re talking about how much you love the different churches 😂
But where is Brother Maynard with the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch?

Wow, this was the most exciting Battle I‘ve ever seen. You always thought this side will win, only to think, that the other side would win some seconds later.

Hlo Apollo just wanna know what time is their we have 3:36am here 😂 (didn't expect video) (sorry my English not so good)
What map did you use for this? to my knowledge that had not added medieval maps and buildings yet? On campaign or custom... did this update?
What mod did you use to change the atmosphere of the game?
Awesome Video like always👍
Is this Atila and what is the Mod called
Love this man! But could cover some more open fielded battles, not so much the sieges?
The thing about open-field battles is that they are very hard to follow and tend not to be as exciting as sieges with their oil, breachs and massive walls
i hope u make it to 1 mil u deserve it
where do you find individuals to play against
How do u set this mod?
Wouldn't it be cool if there was another 1212 Tournament ?
Any games like this for the ps5
Yeahhhhhhh!!! MTW1212 is back!
I miss the old pixelated apollo jesus look
I just got 1212AD workin and WOW its so fun!
Amazing battle
Anther great video
what's the game name?? :D
What mod is this for
Atilla
The defenders threw away their generals into battle too soon. They could've done wonders and cause huge amount of chaos there at the end
Both sides threw away valuable units in all 3 phases of the battle through poor decision making. Defenders were too docile and attackers never pressed any advantages they gained or properly utilized the wall and street layout for flanking.
Actually Apollo archery is one of the hardest skills you can learn 😏
Holy hell the attackers were awful
I cant believe that those attacker won, they were so bad xp
what is this game??
think the attackers lost most there men to archer towers and oil lol
Pumping up numbers
Like the few minutes skip good editing
First!!!! Yay I've been watching you for so long thank you for your videos
Plz more of these vids and rome 2 I beg🙏🙏🙏🙏
Pity I already give up this games. Because player in attacking side like to broke down wall.
I find funny that with misile weapons it was the easy i can train them the better
one of the reason archers prevailed to slingers
one of the reason crossbows prevailed to archers
one of the reasons handguns prevailed to crossbows
Same with pretty much anything. Ingenuity is all about laziness. Thats the whole point of streamlining everything.
Bro i hate bad wifi I can't watch my man's keep it up
how are u pixy
Jesus: You have heard it said "Love your neighbor and hate your enemy", but I tell you, love your enemies.
Medieval Christians: HEY, LET'S KILL EACH OTHER!
Jesus: 🤦♂For the love of Me....
7 seconds left 😧
YESS MORE 1212 AD
Where is banerlord
I am going to try and explain how to pronounce brabant so the first a is pronounced like the a in aaaaah as in like screaming. And het second a is pronounced like a in awwww
I had 7 crossbows for final defense. As an attacker, I would have retreated and Not lost more men
oh thats neat
Man we all gotta admit, this was the lamest siege of the year.
more pls apapi
Is it just me or did both sides kinda suck?
Hi
I hope one day i will get as much views as you
First
Congrats
Niceeee 🗿
omg Apollo these attackers are so stuuupid :D
also it was so boring and painful to watch as I've seen total stupidness and incompetence on the attacker side
What's wrong with the trebuchets?
first
Sadly not but here's a cookie for second 🍪
Agreed. Second. But take a cookie good sir 🍪
