I think of the story Corrie Ten Boom tells of her sister being thankful for flees in their barracks at the prison camp- it prevented the soldiers from assaulting the women. There is something to be thankful, if we look for it😊….we have to change our attitude to look for the good God has given us
Good morning and Happy Sabbath! I want to let others know how I agree with the attitude of gratitude. For my own recovery I learned daily to write out 30 things I am grateful and write out my prayers daily. As of now over 15 years later I have over 30 books written out of prayers and gratitude. This little habit I learned to become a different person and my attitude change to become different. It is a life changing life.
Thank you. I learned about thankfulness a while back and started with naming three things to be thankful for each day. Now I can think of at least 30+ each day. So much to be thankful for. The big one is that Jesus is coming soon no matter what happens now 🥳
@@user-ky2xo2ls4m it easy to do 5 a day, harder to do 10 a day, but it very difficult to do 20 or more a day. It take work and practice. So one will have made a good habit and it becomes easier. I praise God you can learn to have an Attitude of Gratitude. Then we learn to see the world diffiently. We start to take responsibility for our own actions and choice and attitude. We become Joy Free and Happy.
There used to be a song in the old “Singing Youth” “ There is so much for which to be thankful, There are gifts so abundant each day” I agree that there is nobody, including those who have lost their most beloved person’s, or all their earthly possessions, we still have so much to be thankful for. Try being thankful and see the benefits.

I wonder if the Indians regret helping the Pilgrims survive that first winter.
