Well I know technology is cool but to much technology is not!! I like the razr r better just because you can use it without a computer telling you no. Awesome trip and video. I am jealous.
Mave R is just not good at a slow rock crawl. Need to speed bump it up and I think that would solve the problems. A better trade off for having more top end speed. It might help to know what your doing?
I agree. The machine is meant for speed. And being familiar with the machine and knowing it's tipping points would help with rock crawling. That was our first time. Lol. Back to Sand Hollow Friday! Thanks for watching!
Man I want you to drive the maverick- now I have the ultimate turbo r n my low gear n rock mode gets up that like nothing man - we’re the maverick didn’t do good - now on the dune part it did very well - you need some bead locks man n drop your tire pressure to 10 in the front n 12 in the back , makes a world difference - can’t wait to see the next video
Yeah, in the next video we have some great footage. I was running 8psi all the way around. He had 6 in the front, 8 in the back. The maverick r is noisy at idle! In the cab and out, It goes Waaaah... 😆
@benparker4230 so noisy! I like it quite.... alone in the woods, lol. I'm still on the fence. I really like my Turbo R and my X3. Might be a mistake to "upgrade" at this point. I know if I do get one, I want it for less than 40k and no smart shocks!
Pro R problem belt driven. Top heavy. Smaller engine. Don like the speakers, they’re gonna get a speaker system get it into your helmet. Madagascar has a better suspension system built-in the knuckle proves it.
Belts can be a weak link, especially for people who don't know how to drive. I like to be comfortable and don't wear a helmet so having speakers is a plus. I think the pro r is heavy in general, and not necessarily tippy even tho it is a lot taller. The maverick r is so loud inside that you would want earplugs or a headset for sure. Both units have great suspension in my opinion! Going back to sand hollow in 2 weeks!! Thanks for sharing

Well said! Thanks Shawn!
Protects itself and no belt, sounds good to me.
Good call I love it!
I was on the Maverick R bandwagon. After watching a good amount of videos, I would go with a Pro R.
I love my Turbo R, Pro R even better! I'm still on the fence about the maverick r.... it's just so expensive! 😆
@montanamountainutv that popping out of first gear sounds horrible. Can't be good for the transmission. I'd rather replace a belt than a transmission.
@boomerps2 100% the belt drives seem faster off the line too. Which I thought was surprising.
Hmm. I'll stick with my XRC
I hear ya. Very hard to beat an X3, especially the RC

@@montanamountainutv it is very loud - well you gonna get it ? Put it manual n it won’t go in neutral, but makes even more noise lol 😂

I'm sure they can tune out that neutral thing.
Manual shift mode! That allows wheels to spin or lift off the ground.
@@montanamountainutv awesome ! I wanna see someone light the tires up and bang the gears going up a rock climb 😆
I can’t wait to see sand hollow area .
...too much electronics not good :-/
I know huh. Like a new truck...
My stock Hilux could do that easy lol
Hilux are badass! Thanks for watching! This was my first time there...
There's always one of you
Not impressed at all 😅
A lot of computer stuff going on there. This was my first time there, gotta say I'll be back! Thanks for watching!
Maverick R. 1
I can't wait to get mine!!!
