Love this recipe. The only comment I have is I prefer to cook inside my kitchen (stovetop and oven) because it will make your home smell amazing. On the grill, you’ll miss that.

There's no specific recipe for jambalaya. The rice and seasoning is base but chicken and andouille sausage is just the most popular combination. It originated from cooking whatever meat was about to spoil so basically if you like it use it. My favorite is duck and deer sausage jambalaya
Well food looks good but you didn't tell what seasoning you add in first part of the video you just said add seasoning not good not informative video no offense but need to say what you add chef so people knew.
