If you watch the "Pasta Grannies" channel on RUclips, you will notice that the 80-90 year old ladies get out in the garden and walk to the town center everyday to get the freshest fruits, vegetables, bread, etc., giving them exercise, sunlight, interaction with friends and vendors. Then they come home and hand roll the dough and cook. This is why they have live a long happy life. I want to live walking distance to this market.

Every time I go to philly to visit family I go to the same old places. Yes I've been to pats and Geno's. The Italian market is not very busy on Sunda, in fact it's boring. Isgros is a major stop to pick up cannolli fix. I will try ur places on my next visit. Thank u for ur video I hope to see more..... Ciao.
