Update: I went on this today and they finally gave the right car more oil and runs much better.

Yep, I remember videotaping those elevators before with my old S7 edge. The one on the left was broken.
Right now these elevators are out of service because they are changing the second floor
Since when did Home Depot have elevators?
A few of them do. There are two other home depot stores in the DC area that have garages with elevators, and there is one somewhere on long island that has a schindler 400a inside the store.

One in Norwalk Connecticut has a parking deck as well, it has 2 Otis Series 1s which are not in the best condition

And this is why Menards maintains their elevators better than Home Depot, lol...
Home depot doesn't own the property so I don't know who is responsible
