The birds in the background express their opinion. I could only focus on them. They are sacred, one of them is the buddha reincarnation. I have now heard the Buddha.
I understand that those sensation like numbness .feeling tingling and etc arise during meditation are sankhara (karma of past) but can they be cause by long sitting in stillness in the current meditation, especially pain and numbness of the leg or back or anywhere?
@@victortancheongwee if you observe the sensations that arrises in your body without reacting to them you will see that eventually they pass away, but if you keep reacting to them the pain will multiply, practice it and you will understand
They are what they are. In fact, by wondering what is causing them, is again just "thinking", and not "observing" which in a way, is "reacting" once again. So you see how your mind is trying to trick you all the time..
