When looking up the recipe I enjoyed reading, "This recipe is one that’s good for the soul rather than the belly!" I'd add that it is also a confidence builder; if you were ever timid about starting to bake. The all-in-one-pot approach is such a guy thing. Gotta luv it!

Hi Donal in your video you say you've added milk but in the recipe there is no milk in the ingredients but coconut cream appears. I'm a little confused. Is the recipe on your blog the one I should be following?

I have this cake in the oven...I accidentally emptied the whole 400mL can of coconut cream, so I hope it's not too runny. I added a bit more flour (30g? 50g?)...hope this is enough to set the cake.
Love it! White choc and macadamia are the best combination :) And compared to your awesome accent, Donal, Guy sounds so bogan...(I'm allowed to say that, I have the same accent ;) )
