I've been looking for a good white chocolate ganache recipe for soo long now, I can't wait to try it! Thanks for sharing.
Did you try making it ???
You are fantastic ! Love your clear and detailed instructions. This works perfectly. I filled macarons with it after I made them following your tutorial. Please keep these coming. You are brilliant at this. 👍
Thanks Jemma, you’re always my go to...another quick and simple yet delicious recipe! have a lovely day 😁🌟

I can always rely on Jemma to save the day! Brilliant entertainment and easy to the point instructions with fab results. Love ya ❤
I love you and your recipes. Of the many I tried they came out perfect!!! Thanks for sharing your expertise!!
Thank you for this great option instead of buttercream. I make ganache the same way but never thought to whip it up to get a buttercream type texture. Prefer the taste of cream to butter. LOVE your videos, so glad I discovered you!! I used your regular glaze with water for my doughnuts and added a little biscoff to it.
It's amazing what a whisk can do. Mind blown 😍
You are most definitely the best on the internet explaining and sharing jemma thank you so much 💕
Thank you for your tips, straight forward & to the point. And yes, finally - grams & mls 🤗. Love your vids, cheers
Thank you Cupcake Jemma. You solved my problem. My husband by mistakes bought 2 large white chocolate bars. Now I know what to do. Love from SG.
This works perfectly! Thank you for the recipe!!❤️
Jemma you are a LIFE SAVER. I made white chocolate ganache for some raspberry macarons and it split TWICE. I should have listened to your microwave tip all along and I will certainly be making my ganache this way from now on
This is so tasty! Made it yesterday as the top layer for my fruit cake 😍 I just added some orange peels inside 💕
I just read a website article on making white chocolate ganache that was so complicated and had me almost giving up making it until I saw your tutorial. I’m feeling much better about trying this now. Thank you!
I've seen recipes like that and said never mind
This was soooo easy and worked perfectly! So what I did was to add some of my homemade lemon curd to the white chocolate ganache and used as filling for my macarons! Yummy!!
Just tried this method and very pleased with results! Thank you for this recipe X
That's awesome. I wouldn't have thought to do the last step, but it sounds fabulous. Going to try this soon!
Thank you - Doing a big birthday cake this week so can't wait to try this out! ❤️
Same here! Good luck with yours!
Lovely recipe, now I feel the urge to make the Fondant Cake! :)
Great surprise to have a midweek video. Thanks Jemma. Will definitely give this a go!
Wonderful! I haven’t heard about the trick of whipping the ganache before, thank you for sharing it ! 😍🌺
Oooh, I *just* opened RUclips with the intentions to find a recipe for white chocolate ganache as I took a cake out of the oven like ten minutes ago. Then I saw this on my subscriptions feed!
Hello Cupckake Jemma and thank you so much for this video.
My question is: once you whipped it can you reheat it and use it as a dripping?
Thanks again!
Thanks CupcakeJemma for the straightforward instructions. I made this ganache to fill some chocolate macarons. It was tres facil and piped beautifully from a star tip.
Thank you Jemma, you are turly amazing, I can't wait to make it. Cheers

Hi Cupcake Jemma! I really love your videos. Was wondering.. is it better to use the white chocolate ganache as the filling for my layered cakes, or is buttercream better?
Hi! Greetings from Costa Rica! Thank you so much for sharing this, you have helped me a lot! Just one question, how do you do when you want to make a drip cake, with softer and really white chocolate ganache? I haven't figured out how to do it.
Hi! She made a video on how to do a white choc drip > ruclips.net/video/55w65rj0pJQ/видео.html
love your ganache recipe Jemma thank you for sharing Your talent.

+Emilka Czernuszewicz P.S. A recipe on a Monday? You're spoiling us :)
+Emilka Czernuszewicz Is that a typo on your username? (emilka vs emilia)
Helen L. Well I'm Polish so Emilka is my Polish name and Emilia is my English so I guess it's a yes and a no :3
Emilka Czernuszewicz oh i see! That's pretty cool (I saw your profile pic said emilia so I was confused)
I like how easy you make them look!
Did my first choclate ganach cake today following your instructions will certainly be using this method on cakes from now on thankyou 😀
Just found your channel and I am amazed and only watched two videos. I'm planning on making my own baby shower cake for August. Any tips would be perfect. If you could do a baby shower cake that would be a life saver. I will be 8 months pregnant so I'll be stressing alot haha

Exactly the recipe I needed! Thanku :) I'm gonna add coconut milk to this to make it coconut white chocolate frosting
hi, did this work? Or was it too runny? did you hob top the milk/microwave? (i dont have a microwave) TIA
eskimokiss coconut mike doesn’t work correctly in this recipe , you should use coconut flavor instead
Perfection! Was really happy with the results and was generally happy!!!!
Thank You Jemma, that was the easiest Ganache I have seen made ❤️
How much W's do you have the microwave at?
I know this is a very late reply haha but 800 watts i just looked up the microwave and that’s the power of it
Can you do a madeira cake recipe video, please?
Thank you ♥! Always wondered how to get my white chocolate white again after melting !!
thankyou for this easy recipe much less hassle than others ive watched x
Please could you tell me how long in advance you can make this and what is the best way of storing it please... thank you 💐
No one ever seems to answer this question
On another site they said 2-5 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer
What sort of white chocolate do you use for your ganache ? X
Thanks a lot for sharing your lovely recipes 👌💕
I'm so happy when you release a new video 👍🤗
When I saw your face for the first time I thought: *_Wow !_* "This lady is BEE-YOO-TI-FULL !"*_
...and then I saw your grafitti'd arms...
*_...AND I WAS BLOWN AWAY !!!_*
*_DANG !!! WHAT A PACKAGE !!!_*
The white choc ganache wasn't bad either.
But seriously, I've been looking for a particular white creamy ganache for a very long time.
I am trying to recreate a certain chocolate in Thornton's Continental range.
>
isn't the music really different from her other ones? anyways, really great video!
Thank you !! I am a big fan of your recipes😍😍!! This came out so smooth and yummy 🙂.. does this measurement also work for caramalized white chocolate ganache?
I've always wanted to know how to make this, thanks!
thank you!! I need to make a variety of fillings for my macaroons :D
You have the deepest dimples ever! O.o
I will try this today! Thx for the simple instructions!
This frosting works like a charm :) Thanks a lot Jemma !
did u try it for a fondant cake
It looks delicious!!! Thank you for sharing the recipe. Can I dye it? Can I use normal food coloring or do I need an specific one?
Gandra1979 yes, you need a specific type of dye for dying chocolate because there’s water in food dyes/food paste which seizes the chocolate. Ganache you can just use any food safe dye.
Use only oil base color . Normal food color will split the chocolate
How long do you have to whip it up for? I spent about 8 mins whipping and nothing happened?!
Did you use the heavy cream or cooking cream or whipping cream....note that half and half wont work
Akeida Kurbanali so what do we have to use?
Excellent work!
I'm going to work through your back titles - thanks for all your hard work and effort to share!
Hoping to start my own cake business and cupcake Jemma has taught me so much!
how many cupcakes will i be able to ice with the ganache?
Annieen may be start with 12 standard size cupcakes
Does anyone know if double cream is the same as heavy cream here in the US?
Yes!
Yes it is
Thank you so much for sharing I appreciate your assistance and thoughtfulness
hey jemma. i would like to know how did you learned to do those amazing things. have you ever took baking or pastry classes? or you learned by working with other masters?
you're so pretty! 😍
Carlos DelaCruz she's even more pretty with short hair
Hi, when you say "cream", are you referring to heavy whipping cream?
I think it’s table cream .
In the UK we call it double cream, but yes, it is heavy whipping cream.
I'm obsessed I cannot wait to try this. White chocolate is my faaaavorite 😍🥰🥰🥰
Love watching you RUclips videos...learning so many good tips for a mum that loves to create for her girls. Could literally sit all day watching them haha I’ve just made this white choc ganache to crumb coat the cake. How long can the ganache last before needing to be used? Or should I make it when I need it?
Help! I've just made this and it's got going whippy and smooth at all. Still runny. I've tried putting it in the fridge for longer and whipping for longer but it doesn't seem to be changing?
Ceri Bellis Same story with me. I don't know what went wrong.
Too much cream maybe?
Try mixing it on an ice bath- putting the bowl on top of another bowl that's got ice and a little bit of water inside it.
Anyone else love these videos but never attempt the recipes ? Nope just me okay then 😁✌️💁🏼
Usually me, today am definitely attempting this though
LOL, yea I watch them all the time and say I'm going to try this or that but never do. LOL I thought it was just me. But for real I'm going to try this, psycho, LOL
Thanks for this video your amazing as always 😊
Thank you for being there when I needed you 😘
is it okay to use whipping cream?
Carol Quimpan Yes, it is the same think.
Carol Quimpan use 'thicken cream' or 'double cream'
I wrote down the recipe so I don't have to play the video over and over. Here you go:
White Chocolate Ganache
by Cupcake Jemma
300g white chocolate
100g double cream
(IF you need more, ratio is always 3:1)
1. Pour cream into the white chocolate
2. Microwave and stir the mixture in increments, start with 1min, continue with 30 sec (microwave for 1 min + stir; microwave for 30 sec + stir; microwave for 30 sec + stir etc.) until the cream and chocolate are combined completely
3. Wait for it to reach room temperature and then refrigerate for 10 min
4. Take the mixture out of the fridge and use a hand mixer until you reach white and fluffy consistency
Hie do I put the cake in the deep freezer or not
Awesome jemma! You're doing really well!
I rarely make white choc ganache but when I do I always come back to this video as its the best!!!
Thankyou. I'll going to buy my bits now and try this out tomorrow 😃
Thanks very simple and straightforward. Exactly what I was after 😊
Looks easy and I am glad to find this video :) Thanks a lot 😊
hi jemma im a big fan of yours and watch your videos all the time. keep up the good work. my question how long will ganache last before it goes off and can i keep it in the fridge. thankyou
You are amazing, thank you for your videos!
Hi
Love your recipe I tried some of them and came out very nice and moist. I just have a quick question when doing dark chocolate ganache do you have to whip it before covering the cake?
Ahh! I’ve been whipping the cream then adding the chocolate. It makes for a lovely creamy white chocolate filling…but not a ganache! Thank you!
Thank you Jemma you’re the best 🥰
Hi, love you videos ♥️ could you tell me the right measurements to fill a 10 inch layer cake please??
I love you haha! This has made my day and saved so many stressful tears lol...
wow nice! this one is really good for cake layers because I don't really control my buttercream thickness and sometimes it can be disgusting. but who doesn't like a huge layer of chocolate in cakes?
Thank you so much for this recipe!!
😍👍😊
Thank you Jemma you made me love baking :)
Thnx Jemma for your tutorial never thout of whipping it ❤
I think I might sandwich two white chocolate chip cookies with this ganache! ❤️☺️ thanks Gemma 💖
Great video. I usually just leave my ganache at the thick spreadable stage but whipping it up may be the way to go 👍
Hi love your videos so much. Have tried your recipes and they are just awesome. I'm looking to make white chocolate sauce which is a little runny as used on pancakes etc. Could you pls guide me on how to achieve that.
Love your videos and lots of love ❤️
Love all your videos. Thanks
So THAT'S the secret to white choc ganache that isn't sticky, oily and weird-WHIPPING IT!!!! I have tried to perfect white choc ganache numerous times...will try this! 🤗🤗
Thanks. I didn't realise that you could whip ganache to get a different texture and nicer appearance. I've only made it for truffles so far.
