I watch some of these vids and I think of the lucky kids growing up in these neighborhoods, the trees, the nice homes, the environment. i remember the neighborhood i grew up in.... youre on top of the world kiddos, whether you realize it or not, stay young, stay there, stay gold ponyboy... :P
This is the most beautiful neighbourhood I’ve ever seen in this lifetime! More beautiful than Beverly Hills! Are these houses expensive? My dream is to live here! Please do more of these videos in these neighbourhoods and please do the same during Christmas time. Would love to see if these gorgeous houses decorate for Christmas!
Hello! I completely agree - this neighbourhood is truly stunning. It was a privilege to capture its beauty. I've included a map in the description for anyone interested in exploring the area further. Rest assured, we have more walks like this planned, especially during the festive Christmas season. Stay tuned!
This is how I grew up in North Carolina. I live in NYC now and sometimes I really miss the sounds of crickets in the backyard.. they used to put me to sleep.
i really dont understand why people over hype european neighbourhoods so much, i love american suburbs much more, they're so peaceful you get a fairly big house a personal lawn for your kids to play on while you watch them from the porch....... i love usa
European neighbourhoods are different and can also be nice. But this shows that America is the most developed western country in the world. Clean, Beautiful and Safe. Don't believe the lies of anti-american propaganda.
Hey! 👋. Yes and yes. These neighborhoods are generally quiet. Then you’ll find more activity right outside of the neighborhoods, shops, gyms, businesses, etc.
The roads x the streets and the surroundings are very beautiful . It makes me fascinate . Only While walking in the streets , ¿ the dark aswell how could you find your way ?
Hello! 👋. When designing these walks and drives, we undergo a meticulous route planning phase. We consider various factors such as lighting, weather, distance, safety, noise level, time of day, and population to ensure the desired ambiance. After this, we develop custom routes and upload them to navigation devices, ensuring a seamless experience even in the dark.
Aww, I miss Apex. I just moved out of state 6 months ago. I don't miss these $700k houses though. Glad I'm somewhere more affordable. Beautiful neighborhood, but quite a bit out of the budget. lol
one of the things i miss most about the states are the suburbs, i moved back to Mexico and everything is all clustered here there are similar neighborhoods but its just not the same.
The houses are very beautiful but because of is the dark , the houses'windows ' views from inside are a little eerie . I feel as if terrible a face were seem from one of the windows 😂🤣 . Greetings from 👍my country
Hello! 👋 In the initial segment and various other parts of the video, you'll notice a few individuals around. It's typical for these areas to have a serene, less crowded atmosphere - it's precisely what residents pay for and seek out in this lifestyle. Additionally, we intentionally select quieter times for filming to create a more tranquil experience. For instance, the moment at 23:00 was actually a bit disruptive for me.
Hello! This was filmed between 7-8 PM. Typically, in suburbs like this, people aren't usually on the streets. They might be indoors, in their gardens, or have driven to various places like shops, gyms, or events.
Hello! If you're referencing the section with audible chatter and a bouncing ball, that's from the driveway to my left. I walked by them but always avoid pointing my camera at people, as they're not my filming focus. I would've edited them out, but recent audio overlays have been affecting HDR processing speeds.
Beautiful but scary at the same time. I believe the people who live here don't know each other as neighbour. Nobody cares each other. Maybe if there is a crime inside the house nobody will know. there always pro and con.
o sea que si a la noche se dan cuenta que le falta leche, queso o alguna comida no pueden ir a comprar al almacén de la esquina sino que tienen que agarrar el auto e ir al supermercado me imagino
Unlikely. People have food delivered same day. People choose to pay millions to live in this neighborhood. They like it and don’t really care what others think. Alternatively they make enough money to live in an urban area, with shops next to them, if they so desire.
There will be a supermarket within a mile of these houses and people in this economic bracket have large freezers, pantries and refrigerators so they don't need to go to the store every day.
IT'S A PITTY - THIS SEEMS LIKE HORROR TO ME. NICE HOUSES BUT LIKE NOBODY LIVES IN THEM. EVERYBODY HAS LOCKED DOWN IN HIS HOUSE AND ORETEND LIKE NOBODY IS THERE. PEOPLE LIVE LIKE THEA ARE AFRAID OF THEIR NEIGHBOURS. HORRIBLE TIMES

Are you down to 800 iso to control the grain? If I film at 4K50, 1/100, f1.4, 2500iso, HLG3 the grain is intense.

Yes but there are many ungrateful morons living there hating it, ever complaining abt hw bad US...
Even the houses are beautiful the street almost nobody appears a place like this is great. Excellent.

How far is Gastonia from Apex?
Hello! Thank you too. I think they’re about 150 miles from each other. About a 2 or 3 hour drive.
Beautiful houses but make me feel scary sorry. But I wish one day I will visit there and can feel the atmosphere in there

Are these houses on the expensive side or lie in the avg middle class category....loved the video btw❤
Both I would say. Thanks ❤️
Probably half a million and up... that would be upper middle class in most areas
Dream house…😂❤
🙌🏽
🙌🖖🏻
Oh my God! My dream...But...It must be very expensive, this is middle or upper class? Regards from Cáceres, Spain 🇪🇦🇺🇸
Upper middle class I would say
You could probably rent some of these homes for 1k or a bit more less than a decade ago.
Thats amazing, i wish i lived there, How much do you think it would cost to buy a house from such beutiful neighborhood in apex ?
Wow. Video got pretty spooky towards the end. Not even a single shed of light. Oddly beautiful though.

Is this the modern family neighbourhood?
I think this neighborhood is relatively new. Maybe 5-10 years old.
😍
Are those people talking inside their house? Can hear their loud voice
