Land is scared and only the filthy rich n wealthy can afford landed properties with big land...just like the houses u shown in ur videos. How I envy you all who lived in the US. It's such a beautiful and vast land. Houses are reasonable priced and u still OWNED the land. Here even tiny apartments cost hundreds of thousands. Anyone wants to adopt me ...I'm up for adoption. The perks are . U'll get amazing Asian food cooked daily by yours truly. Haha😅

But just to clarify, only the filthy rich can live in these houses in the USA too. I just film in these locations because they are relatively peaceful and the gardens are nice to look at. And hey, the offer of amazing Asian food daily is super tempting! 😅 Keep up the positive spirit!

Greetings! I’m fairly sure the buildings to the right at the beginning are businesses. However, the houses beyond that are single-family and very expensive.

Hello, thank you for your videos. I've been told that it's not common to walk on american neighborhoods, as they might think you're up to no good or loitering because in USA nobody takes walks on their neighborhoods. Is it true?
Thank you for your kind words about my content! I checked out the neighborhood, and homes here are typically sold for between 500k - 2.5 million USD. Currently, only two properties are available for sale in the entire area I covered, priced at 2.2 and 2.4 million respectively.
