Hi Samantha, yes Bristan were actually brilliant and came out to fix it. It turned out the plumber who fitted it didn't properly ensure that the dial mechanics were firmly connected to the temperature dial. So (after disconnecting the shower from the mains supply) if you simply remove the front cover and then replace it while ensuring that the dial behind slots carefully into the back of the temp dial. Hopefully this will fix it for you. You can feel the ratchet turns when the dial is connected properly. Hope that makes sense! All the best.
@@mark-en3gl I have just brought this shower it's actually coming today. I'm excited to see how well it performs cleaning me. You said they are brilliant and I'll take your word. I paid nearly $200.10 for this shower. I will install it to make sure that I don't receive this fault. I'm good at installing showers especially bristen showers. Bristen actually came out in 1977 for forty years and they are still making quility.
@@dude14377 really good and has the strongest spray I ever received from a electric shower. The massage spray mode is so relaxing and the digital temperature screen really helps me know how hot it is btw I usually wash at 40 to 43 hot. And generally buttons still press freely and aren't stuck and I have had 0% faults with it If you're in the market for a electric shower I'd almost certainly recommend bristan glee.
Mine does this. Never had hyper and hypothermia at the same time. New experiences
There must’ve been a fault with the heating tank. This problem is quite common with bristan glee
This bristan ghee shower was used to cunfiin both bristan ghee showers
My shower also went to 61!
Mine does exactly the same thing! Did you figure out how to fix it?
