When I was there you put in a pass if you were traveling over a 500 mile radius. Other than that, it was be safe, and be back on Monday lol. Not many rules, sorry, hope this helps.
Yes, I did ROTC! Your experience varies based on your university. Typically, there's PT twice a week, field training (lab) once a week, and in your junior year, you go to Advanced Camp for assessment. Your performance in ROTC, Advanced Camp, and job interviews helps determine your job options. Post-ROTC, attend BOLC to learn your job before heading to your first duty station. I hope this helps.
It’s not considered a PCS, so the Army will not fund or make accommodations for your family being there. That’s said, when I was there, our classes were treated like adults, and no one cared or monitored who was in our rooms. My wife was VERY pregnant at the time and stayed with me in my hotel without any issues. Again, the Army did not accommodate my wife being there with me. Let me know if this helps.
Man this is the job I want.

The army pays for your hotel room?
Yes
Hotel room is on base built by the hotel chain (on Army bases).
