Happy Florida Sunday everyone, long time no upload but obviously for a very good reason! I'm back from my two week amazing Florida holiday and with a series full of vlogs for you to all enjoy starting with arguably my favourite type of vlog to watch...pre travel and travel day! It's a bit of a long one to start with but it's packed full of all the good travel bits.
We travel to Gatwick, check into Bloc Hotel and enjoy a pre travel evening in the airport including dinner at Giraffe. It's then travel day where we fly with British Airways to MCO Terminal C (the new one), get a Mears Connect bus and check in at Pop Century...our home for the next two weeks.
I hope you enjoy this travel vlog this week and look forward to our vlog from our first full day Florida including a character breakfast and Magic Kingdom. There will be 12-14 vlogs going up every Sunday at 6pm for the foreseeable so there will be no shortage of Florida vlogs for a while on my channel.

ahh - your room was literally just above my own back in Jan. I was in 3117, you get such a fab view of the lake and the skyliner going over it. Pretty perfect location as well as its not too far from anything around the resort.
Aw no way?! It really was the perfect location for us and we'd go as far as requesting it if we ever stay there again as it was just the ideal distance between everything you needed! x

Great video! Can I just check, did you order the magic bands for pre arrival to the hotel with the discount using a vpn?
Thank you so much and yes I used a vpn, did it about 1 month before we went. Super quick and easy to do.
I love Florida, but I'll be damned if I spend $300 - $400 just for three days in the parks. It might be different when I actually get to live there and it'll be easier to get a year pass at a Florida resident rate 🙂 Of course, that means I'll have to convince my friend to marry me first 🙂
For me coming from the U.K. it’s worth while as we get a good deal on a 14 day park ticket but I can see the rise in pricing is putting people off. Aha definitely a perk to living over there for sure.
How did you get your magic bands on arrival there? Was it an option when booking? ☺️
I pre ordered them via the Walt Disney World my Disney experience website using a VPN on chrome to make it look like I was ordering them from the US as it’s currently only something offered to US guests. You can do it a few weeks before you arrive and was super handy as they’re personalised too inside 😊
