Hope you’re all doing well. Welcome back to a new Florida vlog series. We’ve been back a couple of days now and you know what it’s like… back to being a responsible adult, work, housework and general running around but here it is, our travel day.
Can’t wait to share all of our trip with you. Looking forward to reliving it all over again through editing.

@@theburgesses2004 wife and I watched no.2 while having dinner yesterday. Loved it. In March, because of the spring break crowds, we used Disney + (£ wow) lots of times, we also paid to ride guardians and Ratatouille. It was so busy I could not even buy rise of the resistance. In February we are going with the in-laws, they won’t Disney + out of principle. So, very interested to see how you get on. Roll on no.3. X
Looks like you guys have splashed out a bit this trip , sun glasses and a fancy villa all on travel day . brilliant can't wait for the next episode 😁xx
🤣 Villa was cheaper than the cheapest disney hotel. Love having the space. Miss the villa already. Next one is up now 😃 x

Hi guys, love your videos. We can’t wait to go on our Halloween trip, we’re trying Heathrow to Miami this year and driving up and down the turnpike and/or US27. With your Avis car did you book the extra roadside insurance and was it straight forward as we’d like to got our ducks in a row and not haggle with anyone at a counter? We’ve married our trip with the Avis preferred app but it doesn’t give you any options to get everything sorted early, any advice is appreciated TIA.
Thank you. Oh amazing. Would love a Halloween trip one day. Avis - no added insurance. Just what was included with the booking. Go on avis uk website and you should be able to find your booking and do Quickpass so no need to go to the counter. X

Hiya. Like your family, mine love Florida too. We're booking everything ourselves this year. We're flying with BA to Orlando International & picking up a car with Avis. Our last trio we had extra charges, I was wondering how you avoid this.
I’m assuming you mean for the car? Insurances etc? All the insurance we needed was included. I did Quickpass online so no need to go to the desk. X
How was Ian on this flight? I saw the one home from LA I believe and he was feeling panicked! I suffer with anxiety and flying is awful for me. He did well on this one though by the looks of things? Well done to him x
I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you can find a way to manage it. Ian was fine. That was a one off for him. He just became ill on the flight. I can’t remember what I did or didn’t say in the video but he came down with a fever and must have pulled a muscle in the chest from tensing up. He thought he was having a heart attack which brought on the panic attack. Horrible to watch but at least we managed to calm him down. I reckon he just wanted to get out of the drive home. 😝

Hiya. Yes we did book car and flight as a flydrive package with BA. That way you only have to pay a deposit when you book 😃
Hi, did your car hire with British Airways have all the normal insurances that you need ? and to skip the normal queue did you sign up for Avis preferred to get this ? Love your videos as always
Yes didn’t purchase any additional car insurances. Yes sign up to preferred and then you can use Quickpass 😃 xx
Any villa rental suggestions/ recommendations 🙏
To be honest we’ve only stayed in this villa and a Virgin Holidays one so don’t think I can really make any recommendations xx
Can I ask what the resort name was? We are going in August this year flying with Virgin in to Tampa and Staying at Watersong in Davenport. Many thanks in advance for your response

Between £29- £111 for economy or at least that’s what it’s been on our flights to Tampa. I would assume prices vary slightly. The cheaper seats are in the back usually the middle seats whereas the higher cost would be exit row xx
