You make a very good and troubling point about RDO, Cat. A friend of mine, who plays a lot of CALL OF DUTY, recently started RDO and was immediately complaining that the game made no sense LOL and he makes a point. RDO isn't very user-friendly, especially for new players. Game mechanics aside, learning about how long you have to wait in missions to get a decent gold payout, how the three different currencies work, how to navigate the stupid stable glitch, etc. It's a really big ask! I don't know if my friend will ever make it past level 10 because he just doesn't have the patience for games like this. And I'm afraid there are many people like him who don't want to have to spend hours researching how a game works in order to have fun. I love PVP Cat's channel and used all of his videos to learn this stuff. But many players don't have the patience for YT tutorials. They would rather just go back to playing Call of Duty. And to me, that's just a huge bummer!
In my opinion, playing GTAO or RDO before completing the stories should be illegal, and after that, the game makes sense, it does to me anyways. Since RDO takes place in 1896, bedore rdr2 story

I've only had the game a week and I've probably watched 12 hours of Cats videos just to get a grasp on the game. I played the story on xbox but never played online untill just now on PC
@@ruralracer99 yeah, the story mode is great for teaching the mechanics of the game. But learning how to make money online without videos like the PVP Cat series would be almost impossible for some people.

I've pretty much bought out the clothing catalogue at this point, and I still wear the original outfit I put together during the tutorial 90% of the time. It just seems appropriate to the setting and my character. Some of the outfits are just strange, like the bounty hunter outfits, which look like they were born of some S&M fetishist's fantasy.
Same here, on story mode too. I find it difficult to create historically accurate outfits. My Arthur has always just worn the summer gunslinger outfit 🤷♀️
I think the logic behind skinning leveling dead eye is because skinning takes precision to complete, and since it's such a precise activity, it levels up the skill that is all about perception =)
This seems like a fun idea to start from scratch on a new account Even tho playing at high level with my friends is alot of fun too I enjoyed watching this stream live while I did bounties and stuff in rdo myself

@@verto21 I mean it has been a quite of a nice experience grinding now especially with the collector and double money on bounty role it's easy and effective , a friend got me to play and I guarantee you when u play with a friend the game gets 100% better bc you both can go on different adventures hunt legendary animals and all that the rdr world has to offer

You should do video about the idea for a future new red dead online. Would you be willing to pay a monthly subscription for a future rdo? Instead of micro transactions rockstar did a subscription that comes with new content every month. I would love a game like this that starts in the east and every few months the map expands west all the way to the west coast and then maybe up to Alaska or down to South America. Hopefully we could own properties, stores, have our own small gang of npcs, heists, etc..

For the stable glitch, if you have a horse, dismount, make it flee, wait for your horse’s icon to disappear from the map, then try walking into the stable.
I started online 2 days ago. Up to level 7. It keeps disconnecting from the servers. And u have to match make to do mission's and its lame and creepy that he doesnt talk
If your new I suggest don’t skip tutorial because it gives you a free starting horse and I’m pretty sure atleast 2 gold bars so I’d never skip it but I’m pretty sure most are 😂

For the stable glitch, if you have a horse, dismount, make it flee, wait for your horse’s icon to disappear from the map, then try walking into the stable.
Also, horse insurance has been super helpful to me in the past… I’ve totally been in your shoes

Only if you rebuy the game on a new account. But often there is a big discount on the game. So it might be an option for you.
