In this video I carpet line the headliner in the rear and cab of the van. I also insulate the beams and install an LED light in the rear. I also made a slight mistake!!

mate do yourself a favour and change those seats for some nice ones out of a 3 door VAG group car (big choice of audi, golf etc) because youll be able to side them forward and give yourself more length to lay on if you put a bed in there, you can put a pop up type shelf at the end.. big win for you at 6ft. you also get so much easier access to those rear foot wells, and improve the driving feel of the van 1000% over the standard seats.. theyre fkn awful. i tollerated mine for years and i shouldve switched sooner. 1000% better drive with some actual car seats. you need some touran bases which will add storage.. job done, massive improvements to all aspects 👍
Think you can get longer panel clips from somewhere like Coombe Valley Campers that might be suitable for the trim between the front & back headlining sections?
M8 use nail polish to make the clips same color as the carpet
Hiya mate 👍 what were the colours of the permanent live and neutral on the rear centre light please . I have a blue ,a brown with a red stripe and a plain brown. Ime guessing that the brown and red is switched live ?

Any difficulty fitting the sides of the cab lining back into the rubber door seal after carpet?
What did you do with the old factory light cable, did you snip the black plug off the end and just use the switch live and ground
