Unfortunately Randy Johnson was never in this set, but he was in all the other 1989 sets. I learned this in buying the complete 1989 Bowman set and was disappointed. But my Griffey came back as a PSA 10 so no big complaints 🎉
Are you sure this 1989 Bowman hobby box, wax pax was sealed and unopened? The reason I ask is because there is no original gum stick in the packs. I've ripped 3 1989 Bowman hobby boxes containing the wax packs in the last couple of months and always have a stick of gum stuck to the outer card. There are some guys out there who will open the packs take the good ones and reseal the wax pack and sell it at a bargain price. At 4:04 you skipped over a Robin Ventura Rookie. 5:34 right past an 89' George Brett. No gum in the wax, $10 for the box? Yeah...
Brings back some memories. Nice to get a Griffey RC
Always loved this set (though I could not stand the oversized part due to storage problems). Thanks for sharing.
The box is also collectible because of the Griffey Jr, specially the complete factory set box with his card printed on top.

Still have all these cards
I noticed your Griffey Jr. rookie card in your semi-ridged sleeve. You need to have the card in a penny sleeve prior to the semi-ridged sleeve.
