If your saying its because of the Asians conning you I'd definitely agree. As an Asian myself I will never buy a car from my own people. All cars I've viewed excluding one sold by an Asian had problems. My current car I bought was from an Asian. Was running all good with no fault codes however several days after owning I found the owner lied about work being done and that it would start rough on a cold start (found an injector was leaking). Obviously not all Asians are bad but sadly the majority are.

My car the owner said he got it remapped by mountune, changed the injector seals and several other stuff. He was into his ford's and knew his stuff about the car. When we bought it he said he'll send the paperwork of the work he did. Nothing turned up and he had the cheek to reply to my emails saying he's busy when most likely he lied about it as I called mountune and they have no record of my car being mapped. Main reason we went to view it was because of the work stated and that he had an English name. I'd personally won't ever want to live in an Asian area as they don't know how to drive. Had some guy in Ilford in a porsche macan slowly push into my lane with no indication. Looked at me and no thank you from him and speeded off down the road. Had another guy in a new c63 bombing it in the same area and I stopped him from cutting into my lane. Makes me wonder if these people got these cars legit as most likely you'd have some sort of respect to others

My family too look after our cars and dad does the mechanic work. Haven't come across a English lad yet with a dodgy car but like you said it is possible 👍.

So you can find some legitness within the corruption aha just need to know where to look
I completely agree.Had a 135i(e82) DCT now have M135i in manual wanted and auto glad i didnt now DCT is snappy and in wet damp conditions made me a bit nervous as it will shift mid corner Manual you can hold it or short shift and still make progress.Seems a lot better on fuel as well.

I think what it is when the owner of a expensive car is shown people begin to compare themselves to them then just start with the hate speech. The problem with a car (depending what it is) is it can be seen as showing off your status. Can't blame rickster and other car RUclipsrs as I think it adds a bit of excitement / fact to the video depending on the owner. An example I can give is with Jamie FYD back in the day when he'd review cars without the owner and the comments being focused on the car.

A lot of 30 - 50 even 60 zones about but every “National Speed Limit” sign means de restricted for us so you can go basically as quick as you like as long as you have control of the car 😂😄 (which there are quite a few of the signs)
analogue vs digital, sure digital is faster, but manual is about actually controlling/driving the car how you want.. personally id have a fully manual car without power steering over an auto/dsg. pushing a button to change gear should be left for race cars and games consoles lol

I have a golf R 7.5. I paid 40 bags for it. My girl has a polo. And I drive this more because it’s a manual. Automatics have taken a huge part of the driving experience away.
Whoever bought this for 35k congrats, steal of the century. Everywhere else a manual m3 with this good of spec and sub 20k km is pretty much list price.
Strangely folk struggle to sell the manual M3. The car I believe he compares this car to I believe is on auto trader at 42K but only 7K miles. It's got have been on there for 12 months now
Lovely spec but his option prices are way off, Tanzanite was around £1100 extra, as it’s only a semi individual paint, and the CCB’s were £6250 not £10k
I was looking at a 2018 Mazda MX 5, manual of course but i really wanted a BMW Z4. I found a 2009 Z4 manual ( 6 speed ) & here where i'm from 2009 & up Z4 manuals are rare. So happy now, a proper sports car which is always a manual.

Back in the day the m3 e46 with a manuel gearbox was the only way. That smg automatic gearbox was nasty and faulty.
