❤️❤️❤️ absolutely brilliantly executed 4kilobyte demo. Beautifully simple and an incredibly well thought out story-plot playfully joking with conspiracies using clever numerology.
Really nice! In my latest video I was just commenting on how we just moved out of screen memory in years, and I got a comment about your new demo! Great work.
I bet that's an exercise in a university class........4kb ..a 6502 processor ,a vdu and 2 hours to assemble with ½hour at the end where everybodys showing what they did
@@endoflevelboss well, fun is in the eye of the beholder. People thought it was fun, I thought it was fun, so that's enough to get a thumbs up at least. Octamed v3 forever.
@@Octamed octamed forever? Eww not when there's Renoise which makes octamed look like pulling teeth! I'm glad you like this demo. At least someone does. Have you got a ZX81 anywhere? You'd like that.. all primitive looking like this. No proper graphics and question marks and semi colons. You could make a text only demo on that and compensate for the lack of quality with humorous comments just like they did here. Not my idea of fun but you could get a lot of lols from it?

I’ll bet you Microsoft could pull this off with only 320GB
😂
Look up the Heaven 7 demo, it is from a competition to program a PC demo within 64k
@@roeloftooms "64k" but they literally have access to gigabytes of libraries on the chips themselves.
Its not really 64k at all.
Fits on only one thousand floppies.
Haha it's funny because they use more memory than they need like all modern applications. Aahahahaha. Oh.
For anyone curious, I opened Microsoft Word and saved a blank file and its 12.3 KB (12,674 bytes)
It's not blank then - there's 12.3KB of *something* in there! 😉
@@HyRax_Aus12.3kb of wasted storage
@@Zejoant 100% agreement with you there.

@@playmarket8605 a blank .txt from Word is 2 bytes and when I look at the file with a hex editor I see (0d 0a)

I was just wondering if you had seen this yet when I saw your comment! 😂
I'm sure you could still make it a fun topic for a video! 😃
Very creative! 😊👍
I REALLY LOVE MY C64 FOREVER ❤❤❤
That was great! Really creative!
Very Cool, thanks for sharing
Great job, the music was Maniac from the movie Flashdance (1983)
They forgot the PET SHOP BOYS ;)... But other than that... cool and funny demo
You rock. I like your very unique style.
Brilliant work!!!
Incredible 🤩
4kb. Amazing
Awesome! Well done!
Amazing. How can this, all of this fun and gfx and sound fit in 4 KB!!!!!!!!! wow
Well the file is 4K but the actual program and data has been crunched so once expanded it's a lot more. Anyway, really cool.
@@BillAnt Yeah that's always been a bit of a misdirection since, well, forever, but it's still a nice thought.
Demoscene, goes back a long time
@@Steven-hq3go I know :) but it looks more and more tricks in only 4kb in 2024!
So damn good, love it lol 😆
This is art, I love it!
Great Giana Sisters YASS !
great job ❤
Nice idea. 😊
very cool and fun
çok güzel olmuş eline sağlık kardeşim
Impressive
Cool story. ❤
It's amazing what they could do with just 64k back in the day.
Art
Very cool
Neat.

We should go back, was nothing wrong back then.
So easy to think that now
Yeah let’s just pretend Chernobyl and the Cold War and AIDS never happened
... and half of the bands listed in the demo didn't exist. 😜
clever!
Wow
I want my 4kb back.
Kidding, gg.
un file di word vuoto è più grande!!, e questi in 4 kilobyte ci fanno una demo!
Impressive part starts at 3:46
Wonderful stuff! ❤ But it breaks my heart not to see Michael Jackson among the music stars of the 1980s. 😢
Same.
@@marcel9568 Maybe they only showed artists who got famous in 1980s (Michael got famous in 1960s/'70s).
I was waiting for Michael Jackson but no
This isn’t even that impressive of a demo
Yes it did suck. People will applaud any old shit these days 😀
It’s meant to be fun, not technical.
@@Octamed It was neither fun nor technical in my view. As an aside Octamed is awesome. The tracker not you. Teijo Kinnunen: champion among men.
