I passed on this model as I was put off by the panel gap in the front wheel arches, covered by the Ferrari logo: the panels in that spot aren't nicely flush on a lot of examples and, in any case the gap isn't there on the real car (or Looksmart's 1/43d version for that matter). That being said: thanks for the review!
Yeah, the window issue is such a bummer. It makes no sense.
Yeah, if I knew that was the case ahead of time, I might have passed on this one.
@diecastden When I first got mine I thought they had put a protective film for the consumer to remove. I was wrong. I would expect that from Bburago.
